On July 8, 1989, Aadam Jacobs surreptitiously recorded Nirvana‘s debut Chicago show at Dreamerz, nearly two years before their global breakthrough with “Nevermind.” Since then, Jacobs has recorded over 10,000 local concerts.
Now, a group of devoted volunteers in the U.S. and Europe is methodically cataloging, digitizing, and uploading them one by one.
